One and Done set needs thread for everyone

Hey there all of you set builders. I had a thought for a thread and want to post this up and see how it goes.

We all have that one last card that we need to complete that set you have been working on for way too many years. I would like to use this thread for posting up those one and done set needs and see if we can get a listing of what is needed and maybe some specific help from some other traders to get these pesky sets finally completed.

I am going to sticky this thread for everyone to use. Feel free to post those one and done set needs. Please do not abuse this, as I am hoping it can be a tool to get some sets done.

If you have some needs, post them up. If you can help complete a set for another trader, post that up as well so we can say thanks.


I have 1 at this point:

COMPLTETED - 2004 Leaf Second Edition #195 Barry Bonds - card found, set complete after a very long search.

This topic is a great idea. The fact that I have so many sets that need 3 or less cards to complete is exactly why I joined The Bench last month. And my first two trading partners here (Chieftazmisty and Ksboyd) completed 3 sets of mine that needed only one card and believe me, I was just thrilled about that. Now I "only" have 28 sets that need one card for completion......4 in baseball, 8 in football and 13 in basketball!!!!

I'll just post one set for each of the three sports

1993 Ultra Baseball #467 Allen Watson
1995 Fleer Football #276 Chris Calloway
00-01 SP Authentic Basketball #72 Peja Stojakovic

Any help would be greatly appreciated and I'll be glad to look at anyone's want lists that can kill any of those off. I'll only add more of my "need one" sets if I am able to complete a set for someone else on this thread.

Why don't you go ahead and post up those 28 one and done sets that you need. There are many people here who could possibly help, they just need to know what you need. Post up the sets and card numbers, and let's see what we can do about them.

Thanks! I might just do that later tonight or tomorrow. I just did not want to abuse the thread by posting that large a list especially as a newbie.

I should also say that I had 28 sets when I joined but because Chief and ksboyd completed 3 of them I am down to 25 now. It seems math is not my strong point! LOL
