    Depending of condition, I can still use the 2 1966 Phil and the scarpati/rock/casey/concanno. Depending on which stars you need, not sure if I have any but will look and also what high numbers do you need? I can check those also.

    I did not. I didn't start collecting until the 70's and these were obtained sometime after 96 as that is when I retired (that is 1996):>} I am guessing the Tigers and Senators are from the 60's but not sure on the Browns.

The Tigers measures just shy of 3 3/4 x 7 3/4 missing tip. The Browns measures 4 x 9. The Senators measures 3 1/2 x 9...

    Works for me as does PWE BUT my experience is to use a #10 envelope. I started this last year and haven't had a problem(yet). I made a trade with a fellow in NY and used a #10 which he got in four days and I am still waiting for his regular envelope. Go ahead and post and thanks.
