I just figured it out. If I don't log in, I see the ads. If I am logged in, the page looks normal. So, I just need to always log in even when not posting anything.- Dusty

Sorry if this has been discussed already, but I haven't been here as often as I used to. With the re-designed site, I have noticed the first post on each thread has an ad next to it. This results in the first page looking like this with the ad next to the first post. This goes on all the way...- Dusty

Nice football card find from a family in Michigan
Suprised that is valued at just $10,000 when there are only about 10 such cards in existance. Guess there isn't much of a market for pre-1900s football cards.- Dusty

Jim Northrup '68 Tigers WS hero, dies at age 71 Apparently, he had Alzheimer's. Jim was my favorite Tigers player. He wore # 5 and all through my softball career I wore # 5 (or 55) in honor of him.
