    Some people...

To add to this, we're still finding variations of cards from the 80's/90's that we never knew existed and are turning out to be small diamonds sitting in common boxes.

Quick Guide To Card Collecting Slang/Lingo Abbreviations & Acronyms

Cut and copy this one, it was popular one I started on Beckett and has been a sticky on FCB since it started. I haven't been maintaining any of these types of posts I started (player collector lists, errors and variations, faqs, acronyms, etc) otherwise I would have done the same here. I just...

    1998 Topps Tek (Diffractors) Help?

It's not just a refractor finish, they tried to make a prismatic refraction by putting what looks like refractor half arrows all over the card. Here are two side by side so you can see the difference (base on left, diffractor on right)

Your Opinion, Gray or Black--Variation or Not?

I'll take a closer look at my gray printed one as well. At a quick glance, it actually looks like two different card stocks were used.

Do you know of any Player Collector Websites?

I got some time and changed the site a bit. Added a keyword search and the ability for other McGwire collectors to enter their collections on the list. Full site won't happen for awhile, the list will have to cut it for now. In the meantime most of the McGwire collectors are updating their lists...

Do you know of any Player Collector Websites?

Hey craig, just go ahead and add my list for now. I'm not going to be able to even work on the site for a few more months so my list will have to do. Got too much backlog of other projects to get started on a full McGwire site  www.joering.com/mcgwire
