Will the National ever comeback to the West Coast?

Thanks for the response and yes, I have seen the preview. Thankfully, the graphics people at Topps changed those hideous frame colors on the Relics for 2011. Needless to say, I'm gonna jump into this years issue with a vengeance. I have quite a few more Bazooka's from 2006-2010 coming in...- RGBII

2011 Topps vintage reprints question
