Bought a huge collection 1980-early 2000s football ALL TRADED/SOLD

I bought a large collection (around 20,000 cards) to get some of the rookies he had I needed. The price was too good to not just grab everything, so now I have A LOT of football cards that I don’t need. As I organize them I will post up here which sets I have ready to go through and pull what you need.

The huge rookies will be sparse in these sets as that is what I bought the collection for, but there are some, if you need some of them still give me the card numbers and I will see if I have them.

It is easiest if you just give me the set and the card number, not teams or players as by set and card number is the best way for me to organize these.

All the superstars are in here, just not many rookies, but there will be a lot of second year cards of HOFers and stars.

I listed all the sets I have and rough estimates of how many cards. Anyone looking for a starter set this would be great.

I also could fit all of these into a couple flat rate boxes if someone wanted to have a HUGE head start on completing the sets!

I would prefer trading, but if needed I can also sell if we can’t find a trade.

I have these ones: 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 53, 55, 56, 57, 58, 60, 61, 62.

It is too much to send in a PWE, so it would have to be BMWT, what do you think about $6 concealed cash for them? Most of that would be the shipping.

Sorry, I don’t have the other two. I have all but 1987 #34 and 1992 #687. So, that’s 20 cards not 22.

Ok, I read that you don’t have 1992 #687, did you mean to say that you don’t have 1987 #58? I replaced #34 with #58 Mike Singletary.

Posted, thanks friend! I had some of these when I was growing up near Chicago in the 80s, and am a lifelong 85 Bears enthusiast! Excited to add these to our collection!

Awesome! I love this era of cards. So many childhood memories and back when the hobby was about the collecting, not the money. Back when you could trade that Dan Marino for Vinny Testaverde because you were a Tampa fan not a Miami fan! No on cared! Such a simpler time too...well minus that whole Cold War thing....I actually sold off a big stack of modern “next big thing” rookies to pay for this collection I bought and have been so much happier with my collection now!

Curtis, that is exactly how I feel about that era....the 80s, while not considered probably the Golden Years of cards, does hold a tremendous amount of sentimental value now for those of us who grew up and collected then! Most of the cards were mass produced, and can be had for good prices now, so that makes chasing this era that much more fun!

It was very much a simpler time, and while I love my life now, I do have a tremendous amount of happy memories of the 80s-- I was growing up with my Grandparents in those days. My Great Aunt and Uncle owned a beauty parlor, and right next door was a card shop. Well, Gram got her hair done weekly, and of course, if I sat quietly while she got her 'do,' she would take me next door for some cards! I had several of these 87 Topps Bears cards when I was younger, and I do believe the cards I had from that time were misplaced over the years. I know all of the cards I had probably had some childhood collector condition issues, so am glad to be adding some new cards and some upgrades!
