Haven’t had to buy them in a long time. Looking for about 50-100 top loaders and 50-100 penny sleeves. Does anyone know the approximate cost? Happy to buy new or used. Thank you!

Here's a set on Amazon, I typically will purchase the set of 25 toploaders and penny sleeves,about 9 bucks.
These are expensive right now, ostensibly due to a national shortage given the uptick in collecting!
Typically friends on here are super helpful,I unfortunately don't have any extra at the moment!
