Umm...I started getting 1099s long before he became president. They're just lowering the amount for required reporting, which most states have already done. Technically if you make any profit from selling cards you should be filing that as income - it used to be hobby income but they've changed some of the definitions to help deal with all of the folks doing side-hustles and not paying taxes.

You might want to create an eBay account just to sell this. Looks like you've already lost close to $1000.00 by not selling it 2 months ago. Raw ones are going in the low to mid $2000's and I saw a PSA 9 that only sold for $3000.
