I "inherited" a bunch of Adult Cards which for lack of a better term a essentially naked women trading cards. I want to trade them or sell them but I don't want to mail them to a kid because that is wrong and I don't want to get in trouble for sending inappropriate stuff to minors. Does anyone know how to get rid of these, appropriately? I would like to get rid of them before my kids find them, any help would be appreciated.

eBay. Technically, you're supposed to be 18 to use eBay. But I think they might have gotten rid of their Adult section.

Can you give me a better idea of what you have other than "naked women." That encompasses a lot. LOL.

Bill, while I am not a lawyer, I do deal with the legalities of various photos frequently in my profession. You are right on about not wanting to send them to someone underage, glad you thought of that.

Additionally, my concern would also deal with the ages of the women depicted, as if one is under 18 (and you would probably have no way of knowing that), I would be extremely cautious in regards to selling or trading, as both are legally viewed as distribution.

Blessings,

Kevin

While I don't know what he has, they're probably Playboy or Hustler/Penthouse cards. If that's the case, they women are all of age.

LOL, these appear to be
1994 Hustler
1994 Hustler III Ultra Embossed Subset
Holo Pleasures (undated)
Holo Pleasures (undated hologram)
1993 Playboy

There maybe more

Good luck. If you find any takers send them my way. I too inherited adult cards and magazines. Stuck them in a box in the basement for about 10 years now.

Just throw them out. they aren't worth more than the trouble. And if anyone wanted them, there are plenty out there. It is like 1987 Topps. You could throw a thousand full sets in a bonfire and it wouldn't make a difference.
