Just so everyone is aware…the set has a new format
Base 1-100
RC Lvl 1
Non Rookie SP’s
RC Lvl 2
RC Lvl 3
RC Lvl 4
These are considered the entire set. The problem is the Level 4’s are extremely rare. I am planning on foregoing even chasing them. I opened two hobby boxes and didn’t even pull one. It appears they may be one per case. What idiocy to include something so rare in the main set.
