I found a stack of these at an antique store....I remember being a kid in 87/88/89 when Topps used the card photos as actual school folders. These appear to be the same size as a folder but they are single sheets. Some are slightly larger than others and you can still see the print lines on the left edge (perhaps where they were meant to me cut or aligned).
