Sorry if you haven't received your registration confirmation or password reset emails. I've been working on getting the emails issues fixed and I hope I got alot of it taken care of. There are a few things you can do to get your account going.
If you never received a confirmation email, you can log into your account and have it recent. You should be getting that email now.
If you did a password reset, try doing it again and you should be getting that password reset email.
If all that fails, please use the contact page by going here - https://www.thebenchtrading.com/misc/contact and submit your problem. I will get it handled from there.
