Recently received my order back from Beckett Grading and got my first BGS 10 Pristine which is a Grant Hill 1998/99 Skybox Premium Slam Funk card. Any idea on it's value as I may put it up for sale or trade?

Yes I did. No active or sold BGS 10's listed but there is one PSA 10 listed with a BIN listing of $1,500.00.

Black Label typically go for a bit more than a PSA 10.

That also depends on pop reports, so they can be equal to a PSA 10 on some instances. So, if there is a pop 1 PSA 10, that would probably be equal to a BGS 10 pristine black label.

The other thing to look at is people can ask whatever they want for a card. Asking for $1500 on the PSA 10 may be just to get offers in, it will not sell for that.

A PSA 10 of this card sold on December 1st for $350. PSA 9s routinely sell for $100-125, so that justifies the $350 mark on the 10.

When we take that into account and that it is a rare and popular card, but not so rare it is unobtainable…there are 4 more copies for sale for as low as $150 for an SGC 9.

I would say a good starting price point for this if you were to sell it is twice the last PSA 10 sale, so $700.

If selling list it for $1000 obo, and take the first $700+ offer on it. Or you get lucky and someone may see the $1500 PSA 10 and just hit the BIN for $1k to get the black label.

Do you know how many other pristine there are?
