The last I heard from him (November, 17th), he said he was rehabbing and hoped to return to trading within 4 to 5 weeks.

This was the last update that I had heard - if everything is going well on his end, the timing would suggest he will be back in the next couple of weeks.
Dec.1.No change at all.Said he is just trying to get better. Sent him 2 conversations since then but have not heard back.
