    For you folks that interested in covering you collection, ask your insurance agent about a Personal Articles Policy... it is more comprehensive than renters or owners insurance and it is affordable....

    This is a problem that has happened many times before... they are refractors that for whatever reason did not go through the refractor process... so technically they are printing errors, not base cards....

    My wife is an insurance agent, so my collection is properly insured. While I would be heartbroken, I definitely would not restart my collection. I hate so much of the product put out today, with the redemptions and the sticker autos... I just don't see the point. :(

    Well, as unpopular as my opinion may be, I think you are wrong to expect a refund without sending the card back. It doesn't matter how much the card cost, if somebody wanted a refund I would expect the card to be returned.
