    Do you like your autographs authenticated or not?

    Just another thing that most of us don't need or want . Of course , if your a "big" player , buy and sell Ruth's and Gehrig's or who ever(s) .....then maybe it's a necessity . Speaking of authentication , did anyone ever absolutely authenticate or debunk that "alien autopsy" footage ?

    Trying to understand this whole thing about grading

    Was just over at Ebay and saw this thing for a PSA graded 1955 Clemente at about $10,000.00(buy it now). Decided to take a look and see how it matched up with mine :D . It's a nice card , for sure , but really ! I then decided to check out Clemente(graded) 55's , just to see what they were going...

    Had the card graded . Was it BECKETT , PSA , GSA , SCG , GMA , CIA , KGB , TNT or BBC ? No , it was MWCG ,aka, the "Mark Wing Condition Guide." Being the "expert" I am , (note the small e) I got out my magnifying glass and proceeded to the guide. Here are the results ...... Centering : NM Edges...

    Have you ever decided to crack open a PSA slab? I just did my first!

    I've picked up a couple of "slabbed" cards over the years and then broke them opened. Always thought the whole grading thing was/is ............. well , lets just say "unnecessary." Like you , I enjoy being able to view and enjoy my cards easily ......... penny sleeves , binders , top loaders...

    Ok , just checked my 64's and there is one in the box . It's in pretty nice condition too , great centering. He can have it , but not a penny less than a $100. Guess , I'll ,probably, be keeping it :) Ken

    Well , since no one has chimed-in , I have to assume (for what ever reason) , that Kendrick is the only player that has not been in some recent Heritage issues , but probably should have ? Would still like to know if anyone has an answer about the contract or contracts players sign with Topps...

    Well , as best as I can tell , Kendrick only appears in the 2008 and 2009 "Heritage" sets . As per Ebay , he's all over "regular" Topps sets for 2014 and past years , but not ,as far as I can tell "Topps Chrome". He also can be found in the Bowman and Bowman Chrome sets from earlier years...

    Hey David , Yep , it arrived today . It was well packaged too .... in a brown cardboard envelope and that ... in a "big" bubble mailer . Must have been expensive , tracking as well ......... I almost feel guilty ! ...... Funny thing is ... I'm not into graded cards at all ! I was on EBAY ...
