I have a box of CMC minor leauge from 1990, back then I thought for sure it would bring me $ in the future with cant miss stars like Dave Justice, Kevin Maas, Jose Offerman & Juan Gonzalez..just to name a few....well 21 years later...still worth the same it was then :(- Aug06

Best Card you've ever pulled
Back in 2002 Flair had jumbo patch box toppers in each hobby box, I pulled a 1/1 Jumbo patch of Pedro Martinez, it was the whole letter "B" from his Red Sox uniform. He was a "hot" pitcher at the time so it wne to Ebay and sold for right around $400.00. second best pull was probably 01 Bowman...- Aug06

After all the sucess I have sen recently with Mark Mcgwire I figured why not give it a try, so about 10 days ago I sent out his 87 Topp RC for him to sign and it came back today, Beautiful sig with a blue sharpie, once I figure out how to post a picture I will show it off...VERY NICE!!! :):eek... -

1989 Fleer Wax Box - Billy Ripken Question
You are right, if you check ebay there are some auctions that list the serial numbers stating they were the "1st release" of the boxes...but be careful!, Who could resist opening these back in the day to try to pull the card, best advice is to just buy the card on ebay itself for under $10.00- Aug06

1989 Fleer Wax Box - Billy Ripken Question
Just be careful with those wax boxes, easy to reseal the packs as I found out this past summer. I bought a box and got burned, No Griffey, Ripken, R. Johnson, not even a Sheffield RC, I think the best card I got out of 36 packs was maybe Mark Grace lol...leaves me to beleive the packs were searched.- Aug06

Finally...Blyleven gets in! He should of been in years ago already...289 wins and over 3700 K's...come on, this was a no brainer, finally some respect for Bert :) -
