    Mookie Wilson Uber Rainbow...

After picking up the negative recently I thought I would share with all of you the Mookie Wilson Uber Rainbow... (It would be even better with printing plates, but hey, a guy can dream right?). The blackless had to be cropped in because I keep it in safe deposit, but you get the idea...

Chris Potter - More than a friend to collectors

I think Chris is great and I paid $30 per auto for Mookie who signs during ST for free. I just needed the inscriptions on a bat and a ticket stub, that can't be done through ST, and I am more than willing to shell out the extra cash for that service.

    1 Return 12/29 - The beautiful aroma of a 55-year-old card

Congrats! I got him as well, but not on a vintage card. I have to agree, the smell of a vintage card is the best, same goes for a vintage book.

    2011 Topps American Pie (?)

I pulled this if anyone is interested, definitely FT. I was a little miffed since I can drive about 15 minutes to the actual trail itself!

Official Graded Card of The Month Thread...

This weeks card is a non-sport issue. 1985 Garbage Pail Kids Adam Bomb PSA 10. I can't believe these cards are going for $200+ in PSA 10 condition! I found my old box of these my parents got me and my brother when we were kids and they brought back some great/strange memories. These are...

Official Graded Card of The Month Thread...

Hey everyone, This week I looked for the highest ending price of a sports issued PSA 10 card. And it just so happens to be the steroid free (as far as we know) AROD. The Packers are on a tear this year and it is in big part due to Aaron Rodgers. I will be interested to see the Palmer/Rodgers...

    Topps does it yet again

I have bought a few packs, and the refractors still stick out like a sore thumb to me. I remember this being an issue in 1993-94 as well with the first wave of Finest and I didn't get how you couldn't tell back then either. I also remember some people peeling "Mystery Finest" cards in half...

    Doerr RC in 12/1...

Your absolutely right. No problem though as those are well out of my price range, especially for something that will be traveling USPS. I figured the $18 and stamps was a pretty good deal, it's nice to have one from his playing days.

There must have been something in the water in Pittsburgh in the early 1960s

I agree, they have been very friendly to their fans! Congrats on the success!

    Doerr RC in 12/1...

I couldn't agree more. It makes you wonder where the card has been over the years. I think the a holiday card and donations are a great idea, I'm sure those guys would appreciate that a lot!

    Doerr RC in 12/1...

I found a decent deal on this 1948 Leaf Bobby Doerr RC and just had to get it signed. Bobby Doerr is a class act, I don't think he has let a single fan down in his entire life. Bobby Doerr - 1/1 - 13 Days Thanks for looking, Jeremy
