    Then I would file a claim. If it didn't show up at all, I would inform the seller, and request a refund. It would then be up to the seller to file an insurance claim with usps to get reimbursed for the loss. If the refund was not given, I would file a claim as well. Its a frequent misconception...

    Its the sellers responsibility to insure the package, not the buyers. If you payed by paypal, then file a claim if it doesn't show.

    1940 Play Ball Authentic or reprint?

    If it is real, it should feel very thin and flimsy. This may sound goofy, but paper/cardboard that is that old, should have a very distinct smell also. Its not a reprint, or it would say so somewhere on the card. IMO, its either an authentic card from 1940, or its a fake.

    That is kinda strange. I know Bernie Williams autos usually sell fast/high because he doesn't sign much. Maybe his GU stuff is rare to, IDK. Must have been a bidding war between two hardcore Yankee collectors. Its hard to believe like you said though.
