    I thought it may have been the final four teams in the 1997 NFC Playoffs but Washington and Dallas (losers) did not even make the playoffs that year. And they all went to different colleges as well.

    I just came back from Wal Mart and the candy bars at the check out line were $2.78! I picked one up and it was about half the size of candy bars were 'back in the day". Talk about a combination of inflation and shrinkflation!!!!

    #11 is Burt Hooten, I was wondering who Burt was. There are actually 2 variations of his 1975 Hostesss card where hsi name is spelled Bert and Burt. I doubt I can help you but if I can find my box of Hostess cards I'll cetainly check for these.

    That is ridiculous. I know it is unlicenced but still. On out of control ticket prices I heard this beauty today. In 1999 to see Game 4 of the NBA Finals in MSG tickets cost $60. Today the same ticket costs $6000. There is inflation and then there is insanity.

    I've never been able to figure out if this set is a1976 or 1975. The copyright on the back says 1975 but it always seems to be called 1976 SSPC. I just looked at TCDB and it says 1976. Very confusing with the 1975 copyright on the back.

    I know the answer was $150 but I would have guessed $50 since the owner says he tries to keep ticket prices low. Was the $150 face value or the price on the secondary market (aka scalpers)? I know i am the "Get off my lawn" guy on this board but I do not get the Savannah Bananas at all...

    Great set with the colors on the trim corresponding to particular teams (Yellow-Tigers, Red-Yankees, light purple-Angels, Gray-Indians etc.) Another set with great fronts and awesome orange and white backs! Topps designers had it all going on in the late 60s.
