It looks like the Topps website has changed. You can start here: https://www.topps.com/support/product-defect-submissions I sent all my cards in one package. I don't know if that policy has changed. I'm seeing to submit individual cards. I think you need a Topps account to file.- anglinomics

I sent back about 20 cards last year with bent corners. They sent me 4 packs of cards. I sent back Topps Heritage and wanted that in return.
