    Unless things have changed, and I'm guessing you would know if they had, the only thing needed is for him to be added to the group breakers user group. Until that happens, he's not able to create posts in the group break forum. I'm fairly certain Shaggy is the only person who can make that change.

    It has been a while since I've looked at the code but I believe David is right. Once a transaction has been confirmed, it can only be completed by the members or cancelled by a moderator. If the transaction has not yet been confirmed, then either member can still cancel it themselves. Also...

    I've sent a text to @doniceage, who knows @Shaggy pretty well, so hopefully he'll be able to nudge this along and get it fixed. I'm sorry I'm not able to do more but hopefully someone will get it sorted out soon.
