    My “Decade System” for buying graded cards

    Not sure if anyone else has a system for buying graded cards, but here is mine. If the card is from 2000-present it needs to be a 10, if it’s a card from the 90’s it needs to be a 9 or better, if from the 80’s it needs to be an 8 or better, 70’s a 7 or better and so on. By sticking to this...
