Bob Windsor - c/o home
4 days, 3/3 plus a very cool note
Quick return, he lives about 20 minutes away.
The 74 is one of my favorite cards from the 70s, an action shot as opposed to the standard portrait pose.
You'll notice there is a fan banner in the background for Windsor. I was going to ask him about the picture and see if he remembered the play, but ran out of room in my letter.
Here's what he wrote:
Tim,
Thanks so much to a true fan. You have been the 1st one to notice that 74 card with a fan sign in the background.
More interesting about the picture was #39 Sam Cunningham fumbled and #57 of the Chargers picked it up and I tackled him and he fumbled - Sam got up, picked the ball and ran for a 35 yd TD.
Thanks, Bob
P.S. Happy Holidays
