From Ebay - bought the '99 McDonald's Cardinals team set and the 9-card '99 McDonald's McGwire Milestones, also included, but not listed in the title, were these signed extras from the McDonald's set. They came from the St. Louis burbs, so I'm guessing they were IP autos.
