'11 Topps 60th Anniversary Commemorative Set

According to Topps the sets were supposed to be shipped on or about the 15th of August has anyone got theres yet? or is this typical Topps were we won't see the set until like 6 months from now.

I just sent in a request to have that set along with the cards I wanted shipped last week. Hopefully I will let you know in a day or so.

I saw one set on sale on e-bay and they said they called Tops and they said the cards were shipped on the 18th. Im sure he was lieing for the sale though.
Im wondering if the cards will be different or just the box.....Cant wait to get mine..

I have some cards coming, and I chose the set to be shipped. When I got the confirmation, the set was not on there to be delivered. They probably will start showing up soon.

I requested delivery on my set (along with some vintage I unlocked) last week. I received my vintage yesterday. No set yet. I wish I had've traded the vintage on the Topps site. Nobody major, but the '65 Milt Pappas I got was miscut, and some of the others were centered 90/10 or WORSE.

Did not open, but it does have an imprint on each card "factory set limited edition"

there was just massive flooding around where Topps is located...many homes were destroyed and some people lost everything they owned...I haven't heard anything about Topps having damage, but that might have something to do with the delays everyone is talking about...it was the biggest flood in PA history since 1972

I received one of these yesterday and it looks like a regular Topps factory set. Nothing special written on the box. Nothing on the box about a commemorative set???? Any one else??? Butch
