No idea on how to value to the Heritage High Numbers but I figure the Puig RC and the Cole RC balance out.

The cards I have for you book $18
It looks like the high numbers are getting about $2 on eBay.
So I figured the regular guys at $3 and the Wacha at $6.
Sounds fair to me. I will post, so lmk if you don't agree.
