1952 Topps Style Collectors Card M&A Question

Can anyone tell me any info on these cards? Like when they were made and by who? Here is a link to a card that I am interested in.

I have the Danny Murtaugh card from this set. It's on nice stock and the back is really well done. The front printing isn't as sharp as it could be. Sorry, don't know the origins though. Did you ask the seller?

It says "Collector Made", so they are probably a nicely done broder type set. Withy technology now, collectors with the skills and programs/equipment can make some really decent cards that rival major card manufacturers.

I don't remember seeing them in the big book, but I could have passed right over it as well.
