1996 League Leaders Finest Bronze

1996 LEAGUE LEADERS FINEST BRONZE

Back in 1996, specially designed Topps Finest cards were embedded to a slab of bronze and clear coated. These were sold in a set of six players, to Topps Staduim Club Members. 2000 sets were made.

Each card commemorates one of the major awards given out that year, as follows;

Mo Vaughn (AL MVP)
Barry Larkin (NL MVP)
Randy Johnson (AL CY)
Greg Maddux (NL CY)
Marty Cordova (AL ROY)
Hideo Nomo (NL ROY)

An example of the Nomo bronze card is on ebay now, Item number 160710615491.

I'm looking for a full set, and barring that, the 6 individual ones.

Thanks for the post on the Maddux. I also saw you have an 84 Topps gallery of immortals bronze Schmidt, and (2) different 1987 Topps gallery of Champions Mike Schmidts. I'd love to get them all.

I went thru your want lists, (although I couldn't find your maddux have lists), but I stuck out, except that I found a 1997 Bowman Chrome Wells PSA 9 if you are interested.

I do have a lot of better, higher priced, RC's, lots of serial numbered inserts of players you list, etc. My site also has a list of Maddux's (the link entitled "stars M-Q").

If you have a chance to check out my site to see if we can make a trade, that would be great.

I didnt see anything maddux or for my set needs. You mentioned "lots of serial numbered inserts of players you list", are those listed on your site? I didnt see any or i missed the link.

LOL, my mistake, I don't have any serial numbered cards of anyone on your collecting list. My mind must have strayed, I had intended to mention I have lots of - ROOKIE CARDS OF ESTABLISHED PLAYERS BV $10+. And a few G/U Schmidt cards.


I guess you didn't see anything of interest, but thanks for looking thru my site.
