2010 topps turkey red question

bought a few packs of 2010 topps series 2 and there were turkey red inserts in them. numbering for these cards starts with tr and then the card number. i have also noticed that there are 2010 topps turkey red with the card numbers starting with N and a small 0 then tr and the card number.

since i did not buy any cards back in 2010, let alone follow what and how cards came out back then, my question is "did topps release turkey red in packs and boxes and number the cards differently" and since there is no listing for turkey red -- other than under the insert section -- there must not be any value difference?? normally when there is turkey red, they would be listed alphabetically after chrome, heritage, opening day, triple threads.

2010 Turkey Red-All Inserts
1-50 ISSUED IN SERIES 1 All numbered "TR#"
51-100 ISSUED IN SERIES 2 All numbered "NoTR#"
101-150 ISSUED IN UPDATE All numbered "NoTR#"

Topps changed the numbering convention for Series II and Update.
