2011 Topps Diamond Anniversary SP question

Does anyone know if the 2011 Topps variation SPs (the retired players, etc.) are also short-printed in the Diamond Anniversary parallel set? Anyone putting that set together notice if the variations are harder to find than regular cards? Thanks for any help.

The regular diamond anniversary cards are 1:4 odds. I can't find the ratio for the SP's, but they definitely a harder pull.

I didn't put this together, but I have heard that the Retired Diamond parallels are NOT shortprinted. Only the base retired are SP's. I'll try to find a link.
