I figure a Total BV of $18-19 based on guesstimate that each of the mini inserts are $1.50.

Based on 2011 pricing, each of the 6 SP's are $3. The 29 base cards are $0.40-0.60 each. Please put together whatever combination of cards that you want that total around $19 BV (use $0.40/base and $3/SP). Go ahead and post and I will confirm it.
