Under Beckett's definition it is not a Rookie Card. It is considered a prospect card. This obviously is not his 1st Prospect card either making it less valuable.

Harper doesn't have a true RC because he's only been in prospect sets and those aren't considered a true RC-I think he is going to be in Topps series 2
as a late addition and it will be an SP
