I have this that may be a gold holofoil. I just am not sure how to tell the difference.

Gold is pretty easy to tell - it's the color of the 'ribbon' on the card where the text is. There is gold color which also has a rainbowish refractor 'holofoil' finish, a white color which has the holofoil finish, and a grey/silver ribbon color with no refractor finish (plain card).

I guess you can throw it in either way, if it's not gold I can use to trade.
