Very nice, I moved about a year and a half ago and thank God my postal carrier knows me personally, and I only moved 1/4 mile. I've got back probably 20 returns that I would not have otherwise. She got a nice box of chocolates for Christmas.

Very thoughtful of your renters! I saw another success from Kirt on here recently that was gone a LOOONG time, so maybe he is digging through old mail! GREAT for collectors though, congrats!
