A spring training miracle....project hit

Today I got this out of my mailbox
Mailed to Phillies ST and returned from Texas

When I opened it the SASE had been taped shut, I could tell a card was inside. I cut the tape and this was inside my SASE

I got back 2 envelopes from Laynce last week with different cards signed inside of them that I sent to him over the past 3 years.
Both of my envelopes where folded and torn (but not as bad as yours)
The cards where fine.
But I have 2 questions about it:
1) What is going on at his PO that all the envelopes are getting ripped
2) If he is with PHI, why are they coming back from TX

1) I have seen a steady decline in service from the postal service over the last year or so. Since they have decided to close some of the offices. Several offices in my area have closed already. The post office here at Highlandville will be closing next month. So I am going to have to reschedule my mailing options. I go by the PO every day when I pickup my grandkids at school. But after it closes I will have to mail at Ozark, Mo. and that one is way out of my normal routes.
2) I have no clue as to why this is happening.

Yes I got my Laynce card back just last week as well. I was one of my first TTM's back in Sept of 09!
So great to see if come back!
