Fun week. For those who don't know, I work for a junior hockey team in North Texas and our players reported for training camp this week. Our head coach is former NHL'er Paul Baxter and we've had a couple other former NHL'ers come in as well. Jordy Douglas was here earlier but I had no cards for him. I'm sure I'll get a few later this season at some point.
Anyways, yesterday former Nordique, Oiler, and Blue Curt Brackenbury came by as he's helping the team with some strength and conditioning work. Just a couple minutes ago he signed a card for me, "To Drew, Best Wishes, Good luck this season, Curt Brackenbury." He doesn't sign much (had a failed TTM request on him a while back), so I was really glad to get this one for my Throwbacks set. Nice guy.
Also a TTM, Steve Garvey, c/o Dodgers, 1/1, 3 and a half months.
