Hey all,

Just wondered, when you get an item signed, do you prefer black or blue sharpie? I know silver has gotten super popular in recent years, often more on larger items (basketballs, footballs).

So when you graph or go to a show, what do you request and why?

Just wondering!

God Bless,

Kevin Mc

Blue - seems to stand out a little better and better eye appeal with most of the rest of the card. I have lots of black too, seams more streaky but that could have just been the quality of my sharpie at the time. :)

The color depends on the color of the card.......normally use blue ink on mostly white back ground. Silver on dark backgrounds. Best regards, David

Blue is my color of choice, unless the card has a dark background, then might go with silver.

Agreed, it does depend more on the card.....I have some of both that I like, blue does seem to stand out more, but depending on the background, sometimes it is almost invisible, so that is where silver comes in handy!

I have several in black that I like better than had they been signed in another color....I have to agree with several of the above posters in that it depends on the background!
