3B Miguel Durango(MLB)($6.0m-'13,$6.5m-'14, $6.5m-'15, $5.5m-'16, $14.9m-'17 w/ Team option)
MR Jimmy Brown(AA) minor contract

Blue Jays get:
SP Cole Hamels(MLB/DL)($8.4M, FA)
SP Dave Perry(AA) minor contract
