BSL game player photos

can someone help me find out if there is any way we can change or remove the photos that pop up in the player profiles for our teams in the BSL? i see some have been updated, changed or what-have-you but i cannot find info on how i can do it myself. or is it only the mods who can?

It's only able to be handled on the administrative level. The photo packs are more or less a what you see is what you get, or no photos at all.
