MR Carlos Villanueva($558K-2012, $1.378M-2013 w/team option)

Blue Jays get:
2B Orlando Hudson($7.5M, $7.5 w/team option)
MR Jeanmar Gomez(AAA) minor contract
3B Ron Kerr(AA) minor contract
