1B Tommy Everidge(AAA) minor contract
CL Joe Henderson(AA) minor contract

Blue Jays get:
RF Nick Markakis(MLB)($7.7M-'12)

Nationals get 3 nice prospects and save $7.7M in salary to
help off set their negative balance..
