Phillies trade:
3B Pablo Sandoval (MLB) '14 - 10.9m, '15 - 12.1m (team option)
SS Adrian Miller (AAA) minor league contract)
CF Jaime Romnaldez (minor league contract)
SP Steve Whaley (AA) minor league contract)

for

Blue Jays trade:
SP Nathan Drake (MLB) '14 - 3.1m, '15 - 4.1m, '16 6.1m (team option)
3B Marvin Duncan (MLB) 5.8m arb - 4 years('14-'17)
CF Ben Revere (MLB) 432k for '14-'15 then 648k arb x 4 years
LF Darrell Burke (AA) minor league contract
SP Albin Mierzwinski (AA) minor league contract
