You can now adjust your development budget until Spring Training starts.
If there are no players on the waiver wire when I run Saturdays sim I will sim all the way to Spring, If there are players on the Wire, I will have to sim until 2/28/10 Game Date, and then Run a short sim on Monday to take us to the begining of spring.
