Dennis - this link will walk you through what you need to do with the file that Nick will provide a link for:

It shows how to load out league information onto your computer, and then some basics within the software itself.

You can create a league on your software and play around with the player movement, lineups, etc until Nick has the .zip file ready for you to download.
