I remember in the past you could only have X amount and at the end of the season anything over would be wiped out.

Are we still doing this or are we allowing teams to build a "war chest"

The cash max is 50 million, up from 40 in 2007. I don't see it changing up or down...50 mil is quite a buffer!

I try my best to spend every single dime I can while carrying over the max each year.
