We have someone fishing for the out going mail.........noticed on Friday.....glue around the edges of the out going mail slot.....they use a string and tie a knot on the end of it.....when place glue on the knot.....when put the knot into the mail slot.....They do this at night because during the daylight...someone could use their smart phone and take their picture or video them in the act.
