I have no silver ice cards for you. I have 7 of the cards with flags behind the players in 2013 Bowman, not sure if those are the home state cards or not. Also have a mini refractor as well and have a Jayson Werth card that does state Illinois on the side. Not sure which ones you would be interested in, I would send them all 9 if those are the ones you can use.
