does anyone know if dave winfield signs? the ttm has mixed results.looks like he signs then someone one week later says he doesnt, then one week later someone says he does, then someone says he signs for a fee, then someone says he returned the card with the fee, then someone says he kept the fee and signed the card.....any consistent data verified before i send him a card and money? thanks

I've seen him signing for a $15 fee with a 64% success rate..

He is a hit or miss. I know a lot of times it takes a fee

It looks like he's hit or miss, but most I saw were balls, with $15 fee.
