None of them sign period anymore. Chipper a tiny bit, but he sends his own 5x7 and takes a lot of luck just to get that back regardless.

Jim Thome did a few years ago. Only took 12 days to get the card back. But with over 600 home runs now he gets flooded with requests. He is a class act and has signed a ton of stuff in the last 20 years.

Chipper is the only one youmight have a success from. He signs his own 5x7's. Every year he signs something like 10,000 of those things and sends those out instead of signed cards. Now that he's retiring that might come to a halt. I haven't seen one of those successes in quite some time.
